Check in at the following locations at 8:00 am for cleanup assignments, supplies, and your ticket for lunch and prizes. Cleanup meeting areas: Lake Greenwood State Rec. Area - Shelter #2 - Buzzards Roost Boat Ramp - Camp Fellowship Lake Management Spray Shed  - River Fork Boat Ramp - Moon Landing These sites also serve as your disposal site for collected Cleanup Blitz trash and debris. SC DNR will give a presentation at the Lake Greenwood State Rec. Area - Shelter #2 at 11:30 am Once you are finished with your assigned area; meet us at 11:45am Lake Greenwood State Rec. Area - Shelter #2 for your complimentary lunch, t-shirt and prizes! Great community project for businesses, churches, clubs, lake communities, organizations, schools and students. We are seeking volunteers with boats to assist in clean up of the shoreline as well. (All boating rules and regulations apply.) Please call 943-2648 or 941-3370 to volunteer/register. Description: The Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council is a nonprofit committed to electronic scrap reduction by providing recycled computers and equipment to schools, nonprofits, and low-income families through the generous contributions of supporters. The nonprofit safely manages and recycles electronics according to international level standards set by the Responsible Recycling Practices program. This title was achieved after nine months of adhering to industry standards set by the R2 program, which includes data security safeguards. R2 is one of only two accredited certification standards that exist for electronics recyclers, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency website. The CACRC is the only organization is Louisiana that implements a rigorous "Reuse, Recover, and Dispose" material management strategy by following downstream material until the end of life product.
