Westmoreland Cleanways and Recycling is a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the environment in Westmoreland County, PA. WCR operates a recycling center for hard-to-recycle items such as electronics, tires, and paper. WCR serves as Westmoreland County Recycling Coordinator to assist businesses and municipalities implement and improve their recycling programs. WCR offers an extensive educational program for schools, youth groups and civic organizations to inform the public about recycling opportunities in their community.
