It is accessible by the public 24/7 A major upgrade to the treatment plant is near completion. It is planned to be fully operational by the Fall of 2020. At that time, Food Waste and FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease)will be accepted. The economic feasibility of installing of a Forced Air Stack Composting System is being studied during the Summer of 2019. If constructed, green waste and other compostable materials will be accepted.
