The mission of the Van Buren Conservation District (VBCD) is to promote the conservation of natural resources through partnership by providing public education, demonstrations, and technical assistance while working together for future generations.
The VBCD partners with the Van Buren County on the County Resource Recovery Program and provides educational information to local residents on recycling opportunities and proper solid waste management. You can visit www.VanBurenCD.org to find information on recycling events hosted in the County for scrap tires, paint, household hazardous waste, electronic recycling, and more.
