Specialty Restoration of Texas is a full-service residential and commercial contractor specializing in the repair of property damaged by fire, water, smoke, mold, storm damage, biohazard conditions or crime scene damage. We also offer a 24 hour National Disaster Relief Team. This allows us to use our skills and expertise anywhere in the country. We serve a variety of industries including residential homes, commercial buildings, medical facilities, schools, churches and military installations.
We take gently used items... such as clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry, furniture, household appliances and decor. All proceeds help local animal shelters and rescues.

Description:
1.1.1 Facility Type
This facility is a collection, storage and transfer facility. It serves as residential and commercial waste haulers from the area.
1.1.2 Capacity of Facility
This facility is designed to handle mixed solid waste and averages approximately 1,500 tons per year of MSW, with a maximum capacity of up to 3,000 tons per year. The drop-off facility for recycling utilizes various sized containers for recyclable materials. It is anticipated that no more than 500 tons per year of various recycling.
1.1.3 Solid Waste
Solid waste is directly off-loaded into the compactor on the concrete pad. Loaded containers are removed and hauled to a landfill or transfer station.

1.2 General
This location may also serve as a designation for the collection of household hazardous wastes (“HHW”) and conditionally exempt generator (“CEG”) wastes in cooperation with the Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District or Casella Waste Management, Inc.
1.3 Site History and Existing Conditions
The facility is located on a relatively flat parcel and has been the location of a solid waste and recycling drop off facility for many years.
