Description: We manage 7 full service Area Collection Stations as well as the Dunn County Transfer Station and Recycling Center. We are committed to the environment by keeping materials out of the landfill. Besides recycling standard items such as paper and #1 & #2 plastics, residents can also recycle electronics, appliances, motor oil and filters, rechargeable batteries, sharps and more. ReCyclone, Dunn County's recycling mascot, works with the community to promote waste reduction and recycling efforts through education. ReCyclone, "a force of nature for nature" has been spotted at schools, civic organizations, fairs, parades, and festivals.

Description: As part of the Integrated System, LCSWMA administers a comprehensive curbside recycling program that currently serves 44 municipalities, or approximately 89% of the Lancaster County's population. All of these programs include newsprint, glass, plastic bottles, aluminum and steel cans. Municipalities that don't have access to recycling can take advantage of LCSWMA's drop-off recycling centers at each of our three Lancaster site locations: Transfer Station Complex, Waste-to-Energy Facility or Frey Farm Landfill.
