Waste and Recycling is currently taking place on Friday in the Village. Please have waste and recycling properly bundled or contained at the curbside by 8AM. Pick up may be affected by weekends and holidays.

Description:
The Village of Leonard is an incorporated Michigan community located in Oakland County, Michigan.
The Village contracts with a waste hauler and recycler to provide for the curbside waste removal and recycled material recycling. Every single family residence in the Village is eligible for this service. Currently, the pick-up day is Friday of each week.
Residents may buy a waste container from the hauler for their use at a minimal cost by contacting the current service provider.
Recycling containers are also provided at minimal cost by contacting the current service provider.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection will take place on Saturday, June 5, 2020 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Missaukee County Road Commission
Chemicals, pesticides, insecticides, oil based paint, pool cleaners, nail polish remover, fluorescent bulbs, mystery containers and more will be accepted!
This year we will be accepting mattresses for $10 each.
Paper shredding (free) will take place on site.
Tires – up to 10 free per household. $2 each additional. No truck or oversize tires accepted.
