Description: If you have scrap plastics, paper or metal, We Cleanout Scrap will pick up, sort and recycle them, saving energy and saving the planet. All numbered plastics can be recycled. Value depends on the variety of plastic. Rates are low for most recyclables, but there is still value to be gained by separating paper, plastic and metal in the cleanout. Post-consumer paper products that can be recycled include corrugated packaging, office paper, magazines, and newspapers. These materials are taken to a recycling center to be weighed. Ferrous and non-ferrous metals can bring good prices when reclaimed and recycled. Most recycled metals are scrap steel, iron, lead, aluminium, copper, stainless steel and zinc.

Description: Maria, founder of Unlimited Recycling established in 1999, is a “One-Stop-Shop” company specializing in waste disposal management, waste assessments and recycling services for solid, universal, sorted office and organic waste. The high demand and awareness in waste reduction/recycling has given the company an opportunity to expand services into building cleanouts. In addition, they offer equipment rental, including compactors, balers and dumpster roll-off services. Maria is an Alumni member of Stanford Graduate School Of Business of Stanford, CA and a mentor for the Stanford University Hispanic Entrepreneurship Program. She graduated from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurs Leader Program in Cohort #3, winning Unlimited Recycling, Inc. 1st place in SLELP 2016 video competition. Unlimited Recycling has been recognized by the State of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, and the Macomb Regional PTAC for her determination, efforts and success. In addition, she received excellent ratings from the United States Army for the completion of a 5-year waste and recycling contract. Unlimited Recycling graduated with honors from the SBA 8(a) program in 2012 and is currently a member of MDOT, Wayne County Airport Authority, WEBNC and Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Description: Community Enterprises of St. Clair County was formed in October of 2011 by The Arc of St. Clair County as a new private, non-profit organization to assume responsibility for and operation of programs that serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These programs are designed to help individuals in their quest to live, work, and be included with others in all aspects and places of community life. Through our network partnership with Securis your unwanted electronics are processed and separated into raw materials, which we can successfully divert from landfills and incinerators toward the manufacture of new products, At the same time, we create sustainable jobs that enable people with significant disabilities to become known as stewards of the environment. The mission of CE Electronics Recycling is to provide a cost-effective, environmentally safe program that will fill the need for electronic waste recycling and assist us in meeting our primary mission of providing job training and employment opportunities to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
