The recycled content of Nu-Wool Premium Cellulose Insulation is 86% and less energy is used to heat and cool a structure that is insulated with cellulose insulation. Nu-Wool creates quiet, comfortable, draft-free and energy efficient structures that meet building codes and have a class A fire rating. Nu-Wool Co., Inc. processes 150 tons of recycled paper each day in its manufacturing process. Plus, the manufacturing process of Nu-Wool uses less embodied energy than the production of foam or fiberglass insulation therefore reducing Nu-Wool's carbon footprint.
