The Town of Bethel is located 90 miles from New York City, Albany and Binghamton in Sullivan County New York. The Town of Bethel includes the hamlets of White Lake, Kauneonga Lake, Smallwood, Bethel, parts of Swan Lake, Mongaup Valley and Briscoe.
