Can anyone use the compost facility at the Lower Burrell Municipal Building?
No. Please be advised the City of Lower Burrell leaf and limb disposal area is now reopened and available to City of Lower Burrell residents only. The disposal area is behind the brown building at City Hall and will be opened the following times: Monday – Thursday 7AM until 2PM, Friday – Sunday, dawn to dusk
