If you have scrap plastics, paper or metal, We Cleanout Scrap will pick up, sort and recycle them, saving energy and saving the planet.
All numbered plastics can be recycled. Value depends on the variety of plastic. Rates are low for most recyclables, but there is still value to be gained by separating paper, plastic and metal in the cleanout.
Post-consumer paper products that can be recycled include corrugated packaging, office paper, magazines, and newspapers. These materials are taken to a recycling center to be weighed.
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals can bring good prices when reclaimed and recycled. Most recycled metals are scrap steel, iron, lead, aluminium, copper, stainless steel and zinc.

Maria is an Alumni member of Stanford Graduate School Of Business of Stanford, CA and a mentor for the Stanford University Hispanic Entrepreneurship Program. She graduated from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurs Leader Program in Cohort #3, winning Unlimited Recycling, Inc. 1st place in SLELP 2016 video competition.
Unlimited Recycling has been recognized by the State of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, and the Macomb Regional PTAC for her determination, efforts and success. In addition, she received excellent ratings from the United States Army for the completion of a 5-year waste and recycling contract. Unlimited Recycling graduated with honors from the SBA 8(a) program in 2012 and is currently a member of MDOT, Wayne County Airport Authority, WEBNC and Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Guidelines for Curbside Garbage Service
Curbside Garbage, Compost and Recycling Collection
Please place your garbage, compost and recycling out at the curb by 6:00am the day of your scheduled pickup.
Set recycling out so that it is visible to the route driver.
Make sure compost cans are clearly marked and visible to the route driver.
Prohibited Items: The following items cannot be picked up due to landfill or safety regulations.

Hazardous Material
Paint cans can only be taken if completely empty or paint is completely dry and hardened.
It must be set out next to garbage with lids off so driver can verify condition.
Any item that contains Freon. Freon must be removed by certified technician and have a tag with technicians license number on it. Once the Freon is removed and item is tagged, you can call us and schedule pickup. Appliance Place in Waterford provides this service. 248-683-3397

Doubling
We do not allow sharing of our services. Every customer must pay for services received at their individual residence.
Compost Bags
We do not accept garbage in compost bags. They are for yard waste only. Additionally, we do not accept compost in plastic bags.
