How it works:
We plan and manage the entire process, making it seamless and easy. Goodwill picks up your surplus assets and transports it to our recycling center. Items are sorted for disassembly and recycling, or for reuse through sale at our retail centers. Our team can meet with you to customize a plan for your unwanted items. Accepted items could include furniture, equipment, office supplies, machinery, wiring, electronics, appliances, light fixtures, and general recycling. The recycled content of Nu-Wool Premium Cellulose Insulation is 86% and less energy is used to heat and cool a structure that is insulated with cellulose insulation. Nu-Wool creates quiet, comfortable, draft-free and energy efficient structures that meet building codes and have a class A fire rating.
Nu-Wool Co., Inc. processes 150 tons of recycled paper each day in its manufacturing process. Plus, the manufacturing process of Nu-Wool uses less embodied energy than the production of foam or fiberglass insulation therefore reducing Nu-Wool's carbon footprint.
