Description: The Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council is a nonprofit committed to electronic scrap reduction by providing recycled computers and equipment to schools, nonprofits, and low-income families through the generous contributions of supporters. The nonprofit safely manages and recycles electronics according to international level standards set by the Responsible Recycling Practices program. This title was achieved after nine months of adhering to industry standards set by the R2 program, which includes data security safeguards. R2 is one of only two accredited certification standards that exist for electronics recyclers, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency website. The CACRC is the only organization is Louisiana that implements a rigorous "Reuse, Recover, and Dispose" material management strategy by following downstream material until the end of life product. We cater to residents of Wisconsin and Minnesota states. We are BBB Certified with a rating of an A. Our mail in program caters to customers who can’t commute to our state-of-the-art recycling center.  The mail-in program is an elaborate way to bring accessibility and conveyance to you. That is not all we provide, if you live near our recycling center than you can rely on our drop-off facility. For more than 30 years, we have been providing solutions to residents of Wisconsin and Minnesota to properly dispose of their unwanted items. Commercial businesses can also rely on us to dispose of their unwanted items. You can schedule a pickup. We will gladly come to your site and take the unwanted items to our recycling center.
