Description: Meet Recycle Livingston, the only non-profit recycling drop off center serving the community since 1989. And we are still committed to reducing the flow of solid waste to local landfills today, even expanding our program to include many hard to recycle items such as household batteries, Styrofoam, latex paint, clothing (usable and unusable), shoes, among other things. Since our beginning, we have relied on volunteer support so we can provide our services at a minimal cost and be available to everyone. Many of the items we accept are difficult and expensive to recycle. We recycle VHS/Cassette/DVD/Hard drives/floppy discs for $.30/lb for members, $.50/lb for non-members. We also offer confidential paper shredding available for $.50/lb for members and $.75/lb for non-members. Televisions, computers, and miscellaneous electronics are also recycled here however please call for the pricing schedule as it changes. Latex paint is $3 per gallon and $1 per quart sized or smaller. Many of the other items we accept for recycling have no additional fees other than membership fees or gate fees. Memberships are available for $40/year for regular households and $30/year for persons 62 or older. Or you can choose to pay the $10 gate fee to come and visit our site. Drop-off at 417 State St in Kipton for mixed paper and cardboard bins are available 24 hours in the parking lot. The rest of the recycling is through curbside pick-up in carts. You must subscribe to trash pick-up to get recycling. You may take many items to the Lorain County Recycle Center if you are a Lorain County Resident if you do not subscribe to trash pick-up.

Description: Founded in 1977, Recycle Ann Arbor is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to innovative recycling programs that improve the environmental quality of our community. Recycle Ann Arbor's Drop-Off Station provides recycling and compost services for much more than what can be put in your curbside recycling bin. Accepting plastic bags, plastic bottle caps, styrofoam, textiles, electronics, yard waste and more, you really can increase your recycling through utilizing the Drop-Off Station station. Description: A solid waste transfer and recycling center. Mission Statement: To serve the residences and property owners of Jefferson Township and surrounding communities by having a clean, friendly and easily accessible facility for promoting recycling and affordable trash service. We are extremely proud to say that "No Jefferson Township taxpayer money is being used for the daily operation of our facility." Transfer station fees fully cover our daily operation. We have free recycling, on many items, for all participating townships. Our recycling program is funded by the sale of recyclables but when the market value of recyclable materials doesn't cover all cost then it is covered by transfer station revenues.
